Global Terms
Copyright and Ownership: All original beats and instrumentals remain the property of Maxbeatz Official unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
License Grant: Buyers receive only the rights expressly granted under their selected license tier. Purchasing a beat does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original instrumental.
Producer Credit: Buyers must credit the producer as “Prod. by Maxbeatz Official” wherever reasonably possible.
Restrictions: Buyers may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of the original beat or its stems as standalone files without written permission.
Samples and Third-Party Rights: Buyers are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions required for samples or other third-party material identified as requiring clearance.
Liability: Each party is responsible for its own obligations under this agreement. Neither party may exclude liability where prohibited by applicable law.
Refund Policy
All sales of digital beats, instrumentals, and stem files are final once the files have been delivered or downloaded. Refunds are generally not available due to the digital nature of these products. However, refunds or replacements may be considered in cases of duplicate payments, corrupted or missing files, or other issues where required by applicable law.
