1. Non-Transferability This license is granted only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The licensee may not sublicense, resell, or transfer rights to any third party. 2. Ownership The Producer retains full ownership and copyright of the beat. This license grants usage rights only and does not constitute a transfer of ownership. 3. Unauthorized Use Any use of the beat outside the terms of the purchased license may result in legal action, including copyright claims, content removal, and financial penalties. 4. Payment Terms Rights are granted only after full payment has been received and cleared. 5. Delivery Format Licensed files will be delivered in the format specified at the point of purchase (e.g., MP3, WAV, or stems where applicable). 6. Indemnification The licensee agrees to indemnify and hold the Producer harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the licensed beat. 7. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Ghana. 8. Exclusivity Clause (if applicable) Exclusive rights remove the beat from future sales. Non-exclusive licenses may still be sold to multiple buyers. 9. Content ID / YouTube Policy The Producer reserves the right to register beats with Content ID systems. Licensees may dispute claims with proof of license.
