Storage Limits

Overview

Every file you upload to BeatMantra uses storage. Your available storage depends on your subscription plan and is shared across beats, sound packs, artwork and other uploaded assets.

Storage Usage

Storage Limits

Your dashboard displays how much storage has been used and how much remains available for future uploads.

Files That Use Storage

  • Preview MP3 files.
  • MP3 Masters.
  • WAV Masters.
  • Stems ZIP files.
  • Beat artwork.
  • Sound Pack files.

Monitoring Storage

Regularly review your storage usage to ensure you have enough space for new releases. Removing unused files can help free up storage.

Deleting a beat does not always remove every uploaded asset immediately. Storage updates after cleanup processes have completed.

Managing Storage

  • Delete unused draft beats.
  • Remove unused files from File Manager.
  • Replace outdated artwork.
  • Archive projects you no longer need.

When Storage Is Full

If your account reaches its storage limit, additional uploads may be restricted until space becomes available or your subscription is upgraded.

Best Practices

  • Keep only files you actively use.
  • Review storage usage regularly.
  • Organize uploads with consistent file names.
  • Back up your original project files locally.
  • Upgrade your plan if you regularly reach storage limits.

Common Questions

  • Storage updates automatically after uploads and deletions.
  • Large WAV files consume more storage than MP3 previews.
  • Your current usage can be viewed from your dashboard.
