Unable to Publish a Beat
If the Publish button is unavailable, check the following:
- BeatMantra Payouts are configured.
- License Studio is completed.
- Required beat information is filled.
- Required files have been uploaded.
Publishing is blocked until mandatory setup has been completed.
License PDF Missing Information
Complete License Studio and save your licensing requirements and rights.
Direct Payments Not Working
Verify every required credential for your selected provider.
- Stripe Publishable Key
- Stripe Secret Key
- PayPal Email
- PayPal Client ID
- Paystack Public Key
- Paystack Secret Key
Custom Domain Not Connecting
- Verify A Records.
- Wait for DNS propagation.
- Remove conflicting DNS records.
Uploads Failed
- Refresh the page.
- Check your internet connection.
- Verify supported file formats.
