Payment and Payout Options

Overview

BeatMantra supports different payment and payout configuration options depending on the producer's country, available payment providers, and account setup.

Ghanaian producers can configure supported bank account or Mobile Money (MoMo) payout details through Paystack. Eligible producers can also connect Stripe or PayPal separately through the available Direct Payments settings.

Options for Ghanaian Producers

Paystack

Ghanaian producers can use Paystack to configure supported bank account or Mobile Money payout details.

Follow the instructions in your BeatMantra payout settings and provide accurate information for your selected method.

Stripe and PayPal

If you have an eligible Stripe or PayPal account, you can configure it separately through Direct Payments, where the relevant provider option is available.

Options for Producers Outside Ghana

Producers in other supported locations can configure Stripe and PayPal direct payments, subject to the provider's country requirements and the payment options enabled for their accounts.

Customer Payment Methods

The payment methods available to buyers depend on the configured provider and the checkout flow used for the purchase.

Depending on the provider and transaction, supported options may include card payments or other payment methods offered through the relevant integration.

Payment methods, currencies and country availability vary. Connecting a provider does not guarantee that every payment method will be available to every buyer.

How to Configure Your Payment Options

1. Sign in to your BeatMantra producer account.
2. Open your Producer Dashboard.
3. Navigate to Payout Settings or Direct Payments.
4. Select the payment option available for your account.
5. Enter the required payout details or payment credentials.
6. Save your settings and check that the configuration has been accepted.

Keeping Your Payment Information Secure

• Use payment accounts you are authorized to operate.
• Keep your bank and Mobile Money details accurate.
• Never share secret API keys or account passwords.
• Enter payment credentials only in the designated settings for the relevant provider.
• Contact BeatMantra Support if you encounter a payment configuration error.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot configure a payment provider, verify that the provider is available for your account and that all required fields have been completed correctly.

If a buyer cannot complete a purchase, check the payment method and currency available for that checkout. If the problem continues, contact BeatMantra Support with the relevant transaction reference. Never include secret API keys in your support request.
